Our most popular workshop is starting again this Thursday, November 19 and will run until December 17. The class will focus on using yoga and traditional forms of exercise to help tone, strengthen and stretch your body.

Yoga Fit is for beginners and advanced students. All are welcome. Class begins at 7:45 and runs for one hour.
