Join us this Valentine’s Day and learn how to really get some hearts beating! All attendees will recieve necessary materials as well as certification in CPR and First Aid for Adults, children and infants.  Snacks (including chocolate) will be provided during the day.

Please e-mail or call to register for this class. You do not have to be a Dragonfly Yoga student to attend. The cost for the class is $85.

Interested in learning more about yoga or even becoming an instructor? Join Dragonfly Yoga Studio’s teacher training. Our 200+ hour, yearlong program is made up of monthly classes you can take at your availability. Class begins in January, however students may join in at any time.

Join Sandy this Sunday, December 6, at 3 PM for a one hour class. All levels are welcome. Bring your friend and tell them class is on you!

Join Valarie (one of our soon to be graduates) on November 22 at 12:30 for another “free for all” class. If you would like to make a donation, money will be collected for our local food bank.

Join us this Thursday, September 17 at 6 pm for a class on us! Serena, one of our almost graduates, will be teaching her first class at Dragonfly. More free classes may be popping up, so check in often.
