The Rise N Shine Yoga Workshop on Friday morning at 7:30 has been canceled due to the weather. The workshop will continue next Friday, March 5.

Interested in learning more about yoga or even becoming an instructor? Join Dragonfly Yoga Studio’s teacher training. Our 200+ hour, yearlong program is made up of monthly classes you can take at your availability. Class begins in January, however students may join in at any time.

• There will be special Holiday Class with Alexis on Christmas Eve at 9:00 AM.

• The 6:00 PM Yoga Class on 12/24 is canceled. We will be closed on 12/25 and 12/26.

• The 6:00 PM Yoga Class on 12/31 is canceled and there will be no classes on 1/1.
