Although it is quite physical, its main benefit is derived from the inner experience.

Restorative Yoga
Stop and take a breath at the end of your busy week! Our restorative yoga class will give you the opportunity to reground yourself and face the weekend ahead. Class will include deep, slow, prop assisted stretching, focus on breath, and time to learn relaxation methods you can use for the rest of the week. This class is open to all levels including those who have never tried yoga and those currently in a rigorous practice.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is another form of Hatha yoga. During this class there will be a focus on combining movement with breath, as poses will flow from one to the next -- similar to a dance.
