Dragonfly is going on vacation — and you’re invited! Join Dragonfly Yoga Retreats as we head to the beautiful beaches of South Carolina for a week of rest, relaxation and Yoga! We’ll be staying in an amazing beach-front mansion, where we’ll be expanding our yoga practice, eating gourmet food, and enjoying the summer days on one of the best beaches on the East Coast. Yoga Program:
Two All-Levels Yoga Classes will be offered per day (attendance optional). We will be focusing on restoring body and mind! Classes include Vinyasa, Hip Opening, Moon Salute and more. There will also be time for individual yoga instruction as requested. And yes, we WILL be doing yoga on the beach!
