INTENTION + BEING: A Vinyasa Intensive Weekend

Don’t miss this opportunity to study with Rolf Gates!

“And this is the point of spiritual practice; to make us teachable. To open up our hearts and focus our awareness so that we can know what we already know and be who we already are.” -Rolf Gates

RolfGatesYoga_72dpiJoin Rolf for a dynamic weekend of asana, meditation, pranayama and lecture/discussion as we explore the complimentary practices of effortless creation and effortless present moment awareness in our lives. These teachings offer us a way to explore our relationship to our practice and give us a means for creating a life that works. The yoga will be a synergy of the dynamic freedom of a powerful vinyasa class and the structural integrity of yoga’s therapeutic alignment principles. All sessions will be based on Rolf’s upcoming book: Intention and Being: Daily Reflections on the Path of Yoga, Mindfulness and Compassion.

The intensive is intentionally challenging, but is open to all who wish to explore yoga as an evolutionary journey. The only ‘requirement’ is that you show up, do your best and let your best be good enough.

The Chakras in Action Workshop

Open to Teachers and Experienced Students
The Chakras chart a course across our lives by defining key relationships that have to be resolved on the path to spiritual maturity. They are an energetic link between the manifest and the un-manifest dimensions in our lives and the place in which thought becomes form. A well-designed yoga class unfolds along the path laid out by the Chakras.

This workshop will combine a lecture/discussion period and an asana-practice session dedicated to integrating the concepts taught. To truly realize the learning opportunity, it is recommended that participants in the Chakras in Action Workshop also attend a minimum of one Vinyasa session during the weekend.
