Welcoming new mamas, old pros, and each of us in between! Let’s meet to check in with each other. We will take a few moments to bring awareness to our bodies (possibly while a little one is crawling all over us like a baby chimpanzee) and take a few deep breaths amidst the chaos. After, we will reflect on whatever is going on in our mamahood journey.

We will share stories, laughs, tears, fears, and lots of joy and gratitude in this time of connection. It is always important for us mamas to stick together and create a network of support but especially right now. Hope to see you and your little one(s) via Zoom!

About The Group Facilitator Kate Wilcox Tarr

Kate Wilcox Tarr is a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher from Bucks County, PA. She received her certification at Dragonfly under Alexis Ridge-Simek in 2019. Kate uses her experience as a dancer, mother, writer and yogi to help others center themselves and reap the benefits of living a strong, balanced and connected life on and off the mat. Kate has practiced yoga in all forms since she was 15 years old and has used yoga to ease all of life’s transitions. She graduated from New York University in 2009 with a bachelor’s in Journalism and Spanish. After working as a reporter telling the stories of people from so many walks of life, Kate knows everyone can benefit from some brain-body-breath connection.
