nectarmoonRest. Receive. Replenish.

Join us as we celebrate the full moon with an evening of surrender and inward listening. We will release anything that is no longer serving us as we cultivate a deep connection to the moon and its calming energy. With this connection we rest in stillness during meditation. We receive healing through Reiki and Pranayama. We replenish with gentle asana and chanting. This all-levels workshop is beneficial for men and women.

She is a certified Reiki II Practitioner under the guidance of Valerie & Ian Haag and has completed 16 hrs of Thai Yoga Bodywork training from the Vedic Conservatory. She graduated from Temple University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and her passion for teaching has lead her into the light of Yoga.

DIANE FRIEL

She is passionate about yoga, running, writing, reiki, Angel therapy, health and wellness and animals.Yoga has transformed her life on multiple levels: as a runner it has decreased her mile pace; as a student of Zen Buddhism it has deepened her meditation practice; it has strengthened her body, increased her flexibility and balance and expanded her spirituality. Diane became a yoga teacher because her wish is to share her love of yoga. Whether a student is coming to yoga for a spiritual experience, a healing, restorative experience, an athletic challenge or just a workout she strives to provide classes which have students leaving their mats feeling awesome.
