Is stillness calling to you more than socializing? Does silence sound heavenly and profoundly more interesting than drinking? If so, you’re not alone! Join Sally and your fellow yogis for an evening of deep rest and reflection. You’ll be guided through reclined meditation, yin yoga, yang yoga, chanting and seated meditation. We’ll practice the more active postures earlier in the night to energize our muscles and make our sitting meditation more comfortable. Then we’ll practice the more passive yin yoga postures to release stress and toxins that have built up in our fascia from the holidays. All levels welcome.

8:30 – 9:00 pm Guided Opening Reclined Meditation
9:00 – 9:30 pm Silent Journalling Exercise
9:30 – 10:10 pm Yang Yoga Practice to make Sitting Easier
10:10 – 10:30 Seated Meditation Practice
10:30 – 11:00 Chanting the Sanskrit Alphabet to Clear Mental and Emotional Impressions from 2019
11:00 – 11:45 Yin Yoga practice for the Liver and Kidneys to Detox Sugar and Alcohol
