OWNING YOUR YONI
Journeying Into Sexual Empowerment
Esther Perel famously said “Sex is not a thing that you do, but a place that you go.”
Where is that place in you? Does it seem cut off or far away?
This is the first of a three-part series on sexual empowerment.
This first series, comprised of four classes, focuses on exploring and reclaiming your body. Using a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and introspective exercises, the group will collectively embark on an inward journey seeking to make peace, find comfort, and find power in the external vessel. As the body is only one aspect of the sexual experience, the workshops increase in emotional and introspective depth to explore other facets of sexuality.
The workshop is trauma sensitive and, while conducted in a group format, has limited group discussion. It is reserved for female-identifying people.
If you are ready to explore your sexual self and learn to find power there, join us Fridays from January 26 through February 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Each class will be 2 hours long; please plan to be there for its entirety.
Pre-register for all four classes of the series: $175.
Individual class: $50 at the door.
**Please note that Workshop purchases are not refundable and not transferable. You must attend the date for which you register and pay.**
