Once confident with the fundamentals of paddleboarding we will welcome our yoga practice onto the water. The direct connection of breath and movement to floatation and nature is like no other mind, body exercise. Give yourself the opportunity to connect with nature and deepen your practice.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR MELISSA MATARESSE
Mesa (Melissa Matarese, RYT 200), shares her practice to facilitate compassion and empowerment from the inside out. It is her goal to provide individuals with an environment that is all-welcoming, making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of your experience and/or ability. Her teaching has a deep focus on mindfulness, enabling students to take your practice off the mat and into every aspect of our life. Mesa specializes in paddleboarding and paddleboard yoga. This beautiful practice focuses on maintaining inner balance while working with mother natures flow. Mesa is also a Fine Artist, Art Instructor and Graphic Designer.
