Join us on this journey of discussion, easy asana practice, pranayama, guided and non-guided meditation, and yoga nidra. Learn helpful ways to find more peace of mind, release anxiety, and lower stress. Give yourself the wonderful gift or yoga!

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR ANDREA PACE

ANDREA PACE
Andrea’s love for yoga has been her passion for years. She enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training to grow her personal practice and to deepen the understanding of yoga. It wasn’t too long into the program that she realized her passion and knowledge needed to be shared. Andrea completed her 200-hour RYT from Dragonfly Yoga Studio, under the guidance of Alexis Ridge-Simek and has competed her 30-hour Restorative YTT. She has trained with Rolf Gates, Shiva Rae and Seane Corn. Currently, Andrea is continuing her yoga journey as a student in the Yoga Teacher Therapy Program with Brandt Passalacqua of Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy. She guides her classes with a compassionate nurturing style, which is her true nature as a mother and grandmother. Her yoga philosophy is when we link our breath to the movement, we will calm our minds, open our hearts, and connect all human beings to their true selves.
