Join Dragonfly instructor Tim Hansen Wednesdays in November and December for Yoga for Conditioning.
In this workshop series we will take an in-depth look at each component of a mind-body-breath yoga practice. In doing so, we seek to gain greater clarity into the practical application and functional benefits of why we do what we do on our mats.
