Join Dragonfly instructor Tim Hansen every Wednesday in August for our Yoga for Athletes workshop series. Each week we will focus on a specific area of the body as it relates to conditioning, culminating in a whole body practice to conclude the series.
Throughout this series we will use yoga techniques (movement, breath, and meditation) to develop physical and mental awareness in order to enhance performance. In our practice we seek to understand the benefits of yoga as it pertains to athletic performance.
