Our 1, 3, 5 and 10 packs don't expire! Community Memberships require a 3-month minimum. In-person and internet class and workshop credits, packages and purchases are NOT transferable, shareable, or refundable.

There is a 6-hour cancellation policy for classes. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for private sessions and workshops. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the private session appointment time is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the normal cost of the appointment.
