Join Joe Simek, owner of Dragonfly Yoga Studio and experienced yoga teacher, for a unique practice that blends movement and mindfulness with the art of the Michener Art Museum.
Each session invites participants to engage with different works on display—sometimes focusing on a temporary exhibition, other times on a piece from our permanent collection.
Through mindful movement and breathwork—whether forming gentle yoga shapes or walking meditatively through the galleries—you’ll experience a dynamic fusion of body, breath, and art.
Open to all levels of yoga and mindfulness practitioners, this practice requires no yoga mats and will take place standing or seated in chairs. Museum admission is included.
All classes 4-5 p.m.
*Each class requires separate registration
