Peaceful Weight Loss

I travel for a living; so the odd hours, jet lag and constant eating out took a toll on my body and mind. Diets, personal trainers, etc, nothing seemed to take. Stress and life always seemed to get in the way and give me the excuses I needed to mire myself in an unhealthy lifestyle. Peaceful weight loss through yoga was different, it taught me to how to use the lessons from the mat and employ them in my everyday life.
