New to Yoga? Want to try it but aren’t sure where to begin? Yoga For Beginners is a perfect place to start. Learn the many benefits of yoga in a supportive environment. Classes will introduce students to movement, breath and some meditation. All are welcome, as this class is beneficial to all levels.

ABOUT INSTRUCTOR ADI STRIGL

Adi has been practicing yoga for more than a decade now. Her love of life and lighthearted nature, along with her Israeli accent, will make you smile the minute you lay eyes on her. She has a degree in graphic design and a passion for music. After serving as an officer in the Israeli army and traveling the world, she had found her way to beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she lives happily with her husband and three kids. Adi has deepened her yoga studies and received her Hatha Yoga 200-hour certificate from Dragonfly Yoga Studio under the mentorship of Alexis Ridge Simek. During this certification, she also learned pranayama guided by Joe Simek. Adi has been fortunate to attend yoga and meditation workshops with Rolf Gates, Sean Corn, and Maty Ezraty. In her classes, Adi invites the participants for a self exploration, and cultivation of mindfulness; offering an opportunity to not only create flexibility in the body, but develop a flexibility in the mind. She truly believes Yoga is an empowering and transformative practice accessible to all ages and levels.
