All Levels Yoga
This class is perfect for any level of experience. Poses will be demonstrated with basic to advanced options, and are taught by holding, as well as flowing from one posture to the next.
Eight Limbs Yoga
This all-levels class will lead the student through the 8 “limbs” or “aids” to yoga as outlined in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra. The class will start with inspiring readings (on the yamas and niyamas), include posture (asana), breathing (pranayama), and yoga nidra (pratyahara), and end with seated meditation (dharana, dhyana, samadhi).
Gentle yoga is great for beginners, pregnant women, seniors, “stiff people” or anyone looking a lower impact yoga practice. The chair optional class will include modifications for those who need to use a chair for seated postures.
Come learn a seated meditation practice! Each week we will practice a different technique such as Breath Meditation, Japa/Mantra, Meditation on Thoughts, and Metta Meditation. No experience necessary.
Join our supportive and informative new-moms-to-be class. Relax and lengthen areas of the body that are affected by pregnancy, while learning breathing and movement techniques that may help you move though your delivery.

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that targets the fascia through long-held passive postures. In this all-levels class, the postures are held without muscular effort, close to the ground, for 3-5 minutes. Yin Yoga blends Taoist philosophy with Hatha Yoga to balance the flow of chi/prana/energy through the body and mind.
New to Yoga? Want to try it but aren’t sure where to begin? Yoga Basics is a perfect place to start. Learn the many benefits of yoga in a supportive environment. All are welcome, as this class is beneficial to all levels.
Yoga Fit combines yoga poses and strength training to tone the entire body, by using small weights, stability balls, and other props.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
During this class, there will be a focus on combining movement with breath, as poses will flow from one to the next. Vinyasa Flow is appropriate for students looking for more vigorous yoga practice.
Yoga For Anxiety
Yoga is often recommended for anxiety, but did you know there is specific yogic techniques for anxiety? In this class, we will use “moving and breathing” asana sequences, grounding breathing exercises, and accessible meditation techniques to help reduce anxiety.
