Join teacher in training, Tina VanDerMeiren, as she guides a donation based De-Stress Yoga Practice. Tina has been practicing yoga since 1999 and is about half way through Dragonfly Yoga’s teacher training course. Tina loves how yoga connects her mind and body. Yoga has helped her in staying focused in sport and life. Tina is a collegiate Division I rower, marathoner, tennis player and outdoor enthusiast. Her passion is to help other believe that they can achieve. During her spare time she volunteers as a Coach for Girls on the Run.

This practice’s proceeds will go towards the Girls on the Run program of Hunterdon, Bucks, and Warren Counties. Girls on the Run is a life-changing, non-profit prevention program that uses the power of running to help prepare preteen and early teen girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. The program focuses on building self-esteem and improving emotional and physical health, recognizing that every girl is special, that every girl is strong, that every girl is a winner.

A Time to De-Stress Black Friday – Teacher In Training Class
