People aren’t naturally balanced. That’s why there’s yoga. The great ancient teachers of yoga knew this – and the great contemporary teachers know this, as well. More importantly, we know this. Being human is complicated. A yogi is someone who strives for balance – someone who chooses to elevate themselves to higher levels – a vibration that’s in tune with the entire universe.
Why would we want this? Because we then become happier – we become better parents, spouses sons and daughters. We become better community members. We become better at our jobs, We become better at playing and relaxing. We just become better period.

About Instructor Brandt Passalacqua
Brandt Passalacqua is the creator of Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy and Peaceful Weight Loss™ through Yoga. He has been enjoying Yoga and the healing arts since 2002 after overcoming obesity and a life-threatening autoimmune illness. His personal journey serves as an inspiration to countless others and informs his compassionate, humorous, and down-to-earth teaching style.
His practice integrates a background of Yoga Therapy in the tradition of Krishnamacharya and Structural Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Medical Massage, a variety of meditation lineages, and plain-old common sense to help people realize their goals.
Brandt spends much of his time working with individuals suffering from a wide variety of diseases including obesity, eating disorders, acute and chronic physical complaints, chronic diseases, and mental conditions.
Brandt also runs training programs in Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy, Peaceful Weight Loss through Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. He lives in Western Massachusetts with his 2 children and fabulous yogini wife.
