More than just beautiful accessories, malas are powerful and symbolic tools for meditation. These strands of 108 beads plus a “guru” bead offer you a wearable reflection of something in your own personal journey. In this workshop you’ll learn how to hold and use your mala and embed your mala with a personal mantra to guide your meditations. Includes gentle movement, meditation, and chanted mantra. Bring your own mala or purchase a starter mala for $8. No yoga experience required.
