Interested in learning more about yoga or even becoming an instructor? Join Dragonfly Yoga Studio’s teacher training. Our 200+ hour, yearlong program is made up of monthly classes you can take at your availability. Class begins in January, however students may join in at any time.

Join us this Valentine’s Day and learn how to really get some hearts beating! All attendees will recieve necessary materials as well as certification in CPR and First Aid for Adults, children and infants. Snacks (including chocolate) will be provided during the day.

Open yourself to the power of sound!
In today’s environment we are bombarded by all kinds of sounds; so much so that it can make it difficult to hear/feel the Vibrational Universal Energy (or wave) that is all around us and in everything.
Come learn something new about the nature of sound and how it affects our whole being. In this interactive class, you’ll learn about how sound can heal, and discover easy, effective ways you can use sound for your well being. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your musical experience.
Instructor Ian Haag Ian will include introduction in the utilization of one’s voice, Pure Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Bells, Drums, Rattles, Tuning Forks, Peruvian Whistles, and a myriad of other traditional and contemporary instruments used in sound therapies worldwide today.
Join us this Sunday at 10 am for a one hour class with Alexis. All donations will go to the American Red Cross for their efforts in Haiti.
