Our 3, 5 and 10-packs of yoga classes don’t expire. Ever. That’s how it’s been since we opened in 2005 and that’s how it will stay. No one needs to stress over a yoga class package!

Prenatal Yoga

I took Dragonfly's prenatal yoga class every week throughout my entire 40 week pregnancy...So thankful this yoga studio offered prenatal as many other studios...have it listed on their website but didn't actually offer it during my pregnancy. [They] will teach class whether it's one person that shows up or ten. Thank you Dragonfly for a wonderful experience!

Peaceful Weight Loss

I travel for a living; so the odd hours, jet lag and constant eating out took a toll on my body and mind. Diets, personal trainers, etc, nothing seemed to take. Stress and life always seemed to get in the way and give me the excuses I needed to mire myself in an unhealthy lifestyle. Peaceful weight loss through yoga was different, it taught me to how to use the lessons from the mat and employ them in my everyday life. Not only did I lose weight (and throw out my fat belts), I learned how to adopt a healthier, happier lifestyle.
