Our CPR class is on. Please call to register. Class begins at 9 am on Sunday, February 14. Class is $85 and you will be certified by the American Red cross in child, infant, and adult CPR and First Aid. All materials and snacks will be provided. All are welcome.

Stop by and pick up your loved one the gift of relaxation. Or, how about a massage to repair their shoulders after a long week of shoveling? Call or e-mail ahead so me may put together your gift certificate or package before you arrive.

If you can dig yourself out of the snow, you should come!

Thursday morning class is canceled. If we can dig ourselves out by tomorrow night, the evening class will be on! Please check back or call before you come to class.
