functionHave you suffered a recent injury? Are you looking for a slow, gentle way to gain mobility in your joints and muscles. Join Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor Linda King for a specialized workshop for people who need to ease back into to physical activity.

This 3-week workshop will include three 45-minute programs each week:

WEEK ONE | JUNE 3, 5, 7 | 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM

Assessment; Functional Movement, trigger point self-therapy, t-spine activation, cervical spine activation, shoulders, hips

WEEK TWO | JUNE 10, 12, 14 | 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM

Same as above + light stretches

WEEK THREE | JUNE 17, 19, 21 | 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM

Same as above; assessment (last day)

Note: This is not an exercise program! It is not intended to elevate blood pressure or heart rate, and no weights will be used.

When her younger brother died from complications with obesity, she made it her mission to help anyone willing to take the first step to better health. She went to school for a year to become a certified personal trainer and nutritional counselor. Linda believes in a balanced approach to health and wellness, incorporating yoga, weights, stability, and functional movement into her classes and individual clients. She is also CPR/1st Aid certified for humans and animals. She holds a Master’s Degree in Theatre/Scriptwriting and teaches at Bucks County Community College.
