Is your idea of breakfast (when you have breakfast) bagel and cream cheese? Or coffee? Do you even have time for breakfast? Come find out how to make an easy, nutritional breakfast part of you routine.
Join instructor Linda King for a informational workshop and demonstration where she will discuss:
• Nutritional background of breakfast foods and how the body assimilates food and converts it to fat or energy
• Cooked vs raw food and the nutritive changes between them
• Organic vs non-orgnic, including the time and costs associated with buying both
• The nutritional info of typical healthy drinks (Naked, V-8 etc.) vs. homemade
Linda will also be making smoothie samples, both savory and sweet, and she will be sharing her recipes!
