As we pull ourselves out of this pandemic, we must continue to heal our bodies and minds. Restorative Yoga can help us return balance to our muscles, restore our energy levels and our calm our minds.

Join Dragonfly Yoga owner Alexis Ridge-Simek for an accessible and informative Restorative Yoga Workshop. In this session, we’ll learn how to use items we have a home to facilitate deep, slow, prop assisted stretching. Alexis will demonstrate poses that are relaxing, yet constructive.

We’ll also learn stress management and energy restoration through breathing techniques and attain deep restful states through guided Yoga Nidra. Start your weekend by learning relaxation techniques you can use throughout your life.

This class is open to all levels including those who have never tried yoga and those currently in a rigorous practice. Learn to slow down and restore!
